All,
As the air becomes a bit crisper, and the leaves begin to change... So does our wardrobe. Two words... EARTH TONES
A great way to add a little fall feeling is to break out the brown suit. WAIT... WHAT? No no not the 70 poly blend disco brown suit. An understated, clean fitting, brown suit. As I am writing this, I am actually wearing a brown suit with a light green pin stripe. I have actually received many complements on the ensemble! Try it out. Step out of the comfort zone of the navy and charcoal suit and into something a little more fun.
A great way to complement the earth tones are with this seasons hottest new item, CHECKS. However most guys are scared to even look at a check. Almost every guy I meet with says the same thing, "I don't know how to match a check shirt with a tie." And to that I say... Ask and ye shall receive...
Try this out. Go to your local men's shop. Pick out your favorite check shirt. Look closely at the colors that make up the checks. Pick a NON BUSY tie that matches the color you like best in the check. And your all set up! (A non busy tie, in my opinion, could be anything! A wide stripe would fall under this category.) Just as a test, ask the clothier there if what you picked out works. They will give you an honest answer.
All in all - - Don't fear the check!
Until next time folks,

Sorry for the delay
Sorry for the delay in posting.. I was at "SALES CAMP!!"
I had a great two week experience learning from the best and brightest in the industry. I actually got to speak to the president of Holland & Sherry cloth!! I witnessed clothing being made by hand at English American. And as a bonus I was privileged enough to be able to stay way out in the Pennsylvania country!
You know the Amish may be on to something?? hmm... For a later date.
All in all I can't wait to share with you some things I learned these past few weeks!
More to come...
